This planner brought me so much joy…i actually really enjoy filling mine out simply because of how well made it is! Every medical possibility seems to have been considered thoroughly before designing this planner, bc each and every medical scenario I’ve found myself needing to document has a clearly designated space within this planner to easily do so. The sturdiness of this planner is a game changer (something I honestly didn’t even notice prior to my purchase, now I can’t stand the idea of using a planner that’s even slightly floppy)! I appreciate how thick & sturdy the front and back covers are, the durable spiral wiring, high quality thick pages with trackers and organizers spacious enough to include detailed notes when needed. I can confidently throw this planner into my bag without worrying about it. No worrying that it could’ve flopped open inside my bag somehow and every little thing has managed to weasel its between all of the pages, pulling them out of the notebook, bending them every which way. None of those possibilities even cross my mind with this planner. I don’t need to cling to this notebook for dear life anytime i leave the house… I know that everything inside of it is secure and not going anywhere once it’s closed. I’m able to transport it safely from point a to point b without giving it any extra thought. 100/10 I can’t recommend this product highly enough!!
This medical planner is a life saver. I take care of my mother, she had a massive stroke. She is on 12 bottles of pills and has to be taken to her primary doctor, kidney specialists, heart specialists, foot doctor, etc. This book helps me stay organized with her medication, her appointments and results from labs etc…. Very detailed medical logbook. It wasn’t quite what I was looking for but the description was very vague on Amazon. The tabs are Current Information, Medical History, Medications, Providers, Referrals, Visit Notes, Monitoring, Symptom Tracking, My Wishes & Appointments. There are additional pages as well that I did not photograph. I hope this helps you. I wish I had this information prior to my purchase. I will be returning it as it was not what I was looking for.

This is the first time I ever bought a product Shop recommended out of the blue to me and I’m so glad I did. This is a general helpful logbook for anyone with ongoing health issues and for people on a medical journey like I currently am. For every appointment I write my questions in the logbook in advance and then record the answers in it. My only regret is that I didn’t learn of it earlier in my journey.

it has a lot of pages for me to fill in, not as many blank pages as I would have preferred. Maybe better to use college ruled lines to give more blank lines; with many MDs may not last a full year.

I purchased this medical logbook so I can keep track of my 94 -year-old dad‘s medical appointments, medications, symptoms, etc. Every time we go to the doctor or he comes out of the hospital, there is a ton of paperwork. This is very helpful to be able to put all of his doctor information, medication information, etc., in one place. The logbook is beautifully made and sturdy. It is a quality product. I would suggest the possibility of additional note sheets in the binder. At 94 years old, there’s a lot of information to keep track of. Would highly recommend this product. Would love to see the company make a financial planner or budget/expense tracker of this quality.

I love the tab sections and how well organized it is.I wish I had this when my Mom was living to track and keep up with all her appointments, medications, paperwork, etc. in one place.This is a great tool to also leave behind for family medical history for others. Love the planner and all it has to offer. I have a special needs child and this planner is just what i needed to track all his medical info in. The only issue i had is that some ink in the print ran onto an age and messed up the page. That's why i knocked off one star. Overall I would recommend this planner.

This is the absolute best way to track your medical history/diagnosis. I got the larger book and the font is very generous (about a size 16 font).The spaces between the lines are also very generous, definitely not college ruled, allow for the user to write freely.I appreciate the clear folder attached to the last hardcover that allows me to carry print outs, like lab results,, referrals, etc.Make sure you activate the 60 month warranty so you can get a free electronic copy (now you can print any additional pages you might need!)I am very pleased with this purchase and will be recommending it to friends and family.Thank you!
The paper and a very thick, high quality to it. It was organized into easy to read categories. The book itself had a very hard backing to it and is small enough to fit in a larger purse. The warranty on it and money back guarantee makes it a no brainer to get it.
